Billy J. Pridgeon

Billy J. Pridgeon, 62, of Suffolk, VA passed away on Friday, October 1, 2021. He was the son of John H. and Anna Jo Pridgeon. He was preceded by his sister, Debbie and brother, Jerry.

He was a First Class Electricians Mate in the US Navy. Later he moved that skill to the civilian world working for the DOD where he eventually became the Utilities Supervisor at Yorktown Weapons Station. He enjoyed bass fishing, watching westerns, the Miami Dolphins and Nascar with an emphasis on Mark Martin.

He is survived by his wife, Elaine Nilsson; sister, Linda Howell (Wayne) of FL; brother, Donny Pridgeon (Hazel) of FL.

A memorial service will be held on October 22, 2021 officiated by Pastor Tim Rawls at 10 a.m. at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory, 509 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA. Condolences may be registered online at RWBakerFH.com.
