My deepest sympathy to you all Mary Elizabeth, Ann Marks, Kathy and Paul. My last conversation with Douglas was at the reception for Mama's funeral. And I was so impressed with the person he had become. I was sorry to not live closer and know him better. Blessings for him and for you.

My heartfelt condolences to all the Saunders family. The five of us Spadys interlocked in ages with the five of you, and I can't remember a time our youth when we weren't also interlocked in school, church, and community activities. May many fond memories bring you comfort and peace as you mourn for Doug.
