Coleman and I were on the Bell Atlantic Community Relations team in the 80s, I worked for him as a Cable Splicer in the 90s. He was one of the most friendly , respected, and respectful people at the company.
I always admired his supervision style and skill. When I accepted a position as a supervisor with another company, he was my roll model. I tried to emulate his brand of management. I think it served me well.
Though our paths have been separate for the last 20 years, I continue to have fond and admirable memories of Coleman.

I grew up in Milwaukee NC where Coleman's grandparents lived. We enjoyed playing together on his grandparents farm when he came to visit. His grandfather and my grandmother were brother and sister. Lost contact with him over the years but want all the family to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Mike Aston, Milwaukee NC

Mary Edna and Family, I am sorry we could not be at Coleman's Celebration of Life today. Both David and I had appointments with the chiropractor at 10:30 today in Chesapeake. Will always remember all the good times at Peachtree Beach and the gatherings at Christmas when we were all together. Great memories!! Coleman was truly loved by all. We have you in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Mary Charlotte and David Boyette- Windsor, Va.
