Judy R. Cordle

Judy R. Cordle, of Surry, VA died August 16, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Billy Daniel Thomason and Ruth O’Donnell Thomason.

Judy greatly loved her family and always put them first. She loved her yard, working with flowers and her pet companion Molly.

She is survived by her daughter Kim Power (Kenneth); son Frank Butler (Kim); grandchildren, Jessica (Brent), Jeremy, Brandi, Holly, and Alexis; great-granddaughter Makenzie; brothers Richard Thomason (Anita) and Dale Thomason; step children, Jeff Cordle and Bryan Cordle.

A private celebration of life service will be held at a later date. R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home and Crematory, Wakefield Chapel is serving the family. Condolences may be registered at RWBakerFH.com

I am so sorry for your loss. I can remember Judy for as long as I can remember. She was always a sweet and kind woman. I'll always remember her bright smile.

Judy was a sweet and wonderful sister-in-law. Judy, Mackie, Shirley and I was best friends. We have a lot of good memories. We pray for the family.

Judy was my sweet customer for grooming her companion Molly. I am so sorry to hear of her passing. She loved Molly dearly and Molly loved her the same. If Molly is in need of a good home please let me know. My sincere condolences to the family.
